Chesterfield County, Virginia

The residence is positioned on a knoll overlooking the James River to the north and a 10 acre lake to the south. The design program was divided between two structures, the main residence and a guest house. The composition was inspired by the Georgian residences constructed along the James River in the late 1700’s.
